We’re focused on delivering our ESG Policy

Sustainability is very important to us and is at the core of our business. And we don’t just talk about it – we’re focused on delivering our goals. That’s why we’re working with Planet Mark on our ESG Policy, to actively map our sustainability priorities and objectives.

Our certification recognises continuous improvement, encourages action, and builds an empowered community of like-minded organisations. View our 2023 carbon footprint and Planet Mark certificate.

Now in our fourth year, we are working to reduce our carbon emissions by 5% from our 2023 footprint.

We are also verified by SafeSupplier, for demonstrating our ethical, environmental and financial credentials. This award helps our clients to assess compliance within their supply chain, offering further reassurance of our high standards in health and safety, quality, ethical best practices and responsible growth.

Total Office ESG Policy

Our ESG Policy covers four areas: Environment, Social & Human Rights, Ethics and Sustainable Procurement and Distribution.
We have introduced electric and hybrid vehicles into our London delivery fleet. Our goal is to replace diesel vans with electric or petrol hybrids by 2025.

Sustainable Procurement & Distribution

We can help customers to improve your sustainability credentials by providing you with more sustainable products and distributing them in a more sustainable way. We work closely with manufacturers to establish where lower and plastic-free alternatives are available.

Our Green Audits review the lifetime sustainability of the products sold; ensuring that use, maintenance, end-of-life, and packaging is considered.

Clean Air for London

Total Office has introduced electric vehicles into the fleet portfolio as the first step in a commitment to using zero tailpipe emissions vehicles for operations within London. We have developed a roadmap for replacing diesel vans with electric or petrol hybrids by 2025, transitioning to fully electric vehicles once the required charging infrastructure is sufficiently advanced to accommodate this.

Did you know that we also offer Green Delivery Slots? By working together to consolidate deliveries, we can help reduce both your and our carbon footprint. A win-win!

All our delivery vehicles are Euro 6 compliant for London’s Ultra Low Emission Zone. Our deliveries are made in our own hybrid and electric vans, by our own team of uniformed drivers.

Many of our customers are based in London, so we are determined to help improve air quality for the people that live and work in the city. It is a real passion point that our operations do not negatively impact those who live and work in the communities where we do business.
