Corporate Account Manager
Salary range: Basic plus Commission – dependent on experience
Full time Monday-Friday
Due to growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Corporate Account Manager. The role involves retaining and developing an existing client base as well as developing new business.

Role & Responsibilities
– Analyse client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success
– Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing products or services
– Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities
– Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
– Retain and grow existing client base through;
– Account reviews
– Gap analysis – selling all services of the company
– Stock management
– Ability to develop new accounts – either self-generated or passed via new business
Skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
– Ability to analyse client needs and provide effective solutions
– Proven track record in selling business supplies
– Self-motivated and results-oriented
– Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
– Proficient (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
