It’s been an eventful year for Total Office in 2022. We’ve had the pleasure of working with some amazing clients, and we’re so grateful for the loyalty and support that you’ve shown us. We couldn’t have done it without you.

Launching our ESG Policy

We’re incredibly proud to have launched our comprehensive Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Policy. This policy has been developed over time and we’re thrilled to share it with our customers. It’s now a driving force in shaping the way we do business, and we’re excited to see the positive impact it will have on our operations and the communities we serve.

The policy outlines our commitment to reducing our environmental footprint, promoting social responsibility and ethical business practices, and fostering transparency and accountability throughout our organisation. We believe that by doing so, we’re not only doing our bit to create a more sustainable future, but we’re also positioning our business for long-term success.

  • Our ESG Policy covers four areas: Environment, Social & Human Rights, Ethics and Sustainable Procurement and Distribution
  • We’re working with Planet Mark to provide our second sustainability certification, which measures our carbon and social data against our goals
  • Our goal is to reduce our carbon emissions by a minimum of 5% from our 2021 footprint
  • 2022 saw the addition of a new electric vehicle into our delivery fleet. We have already introduced hybrid vehicles as part of our ongoing programme to update our fleet
  • Our ongoing partnership to plant trees as you buy paper is ongoing and all existing customers will receive your certifications shortly.

We’re looking forward to continuing to work with our valued customers and suppliers in the coming year. Together, we’ll continue to make a positive impact in our communities and push for a more sustainable future. Look out for more updates in April.

New websites

2022 also saw the start of several website projects for Total Office. You may have noticed our new company website, seeing as you are visiting it now!

This updated and modern site is designed to provide our customers with an improved user experience and a better understanding of the services we offer. One of the key features is that it includes authentic, real photos of our team, allowing you to put a face to the name and get to know the people behind the company.

The site is focused on showcasing our services and the benefits we can bring to your organisation. By providing detailed information on the products and services we offer, as well as testimonials from satisfied customers, we aim to make it easy for potential customers to understand how we can help.

We recognise that it’s essential to continually progress and invest in digital development. Moving forward, we are undertaking further work on our online order site and workspace website. Look out for updates in the coming months.
