Committed to continuity throughout the London Olympics games
With only 172 days to go before the opening ceremony of the 2012 London Olympics in East London, Total Office is working hard to ensure our clients are not left without supplies of their key products during disruption caused by the games.
Our activities to ensure continuity of supply during the games includes:
> Monitoring London 2012 & TfL official websites for news on road closures etc.
> Preparing action plan to ensure continuity of service and supply can be maintained.
> Preparing to change hours of working for key staff in order that travel to/from work is possible.
> Preparing I.T. links so that key staff can work offsite in the event of travel problems.
> Reviewing client product usage reports on most frequently used items.
> From usage reports advising on stock deliveries to cover requirements for the duration of the period of disruption.
> Establishing whether or not our clients can take deliveries between the hours of 22.00 and 06.00 in areas of road closures.
> Preparing Total Office van drivers for deliveries between 22.00 and 06.00am.
> Making contingency for emergency deliveries by other means (e.g. by foot) during normal business hours.
